Route 125- Lemon Grove Scenic Byway Overview
Though short in length, the 2-mile long Route 125- Lemon Grove is one of the most scenic drives in San Diego County. Located above residential and commercial areas of the San Diego suburbs, this may seem like an unconventional byway, but take a closer look. Off in the distance is Mt. Helix, with impressive presence among this mostly urban area. Beyond the corridor, distant views of Cowles Mountain to the northwest, and to Dictionary Hill and San Miguel Mountain to the south and southeast are particularly significant to the scenic character of the corridor.
