Fort Massac State Park provides a launch ramp for boating activities, as well as three playgrounds for children. Picnic areas, including table grills and drinking water, are also available. The park also offers three covered picnic shelters. One of these sheltered picnic areas is reservable, but the other two are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Fort Massac State Park offers 50 Class A vehicular campsites with electricity, a disposable station, and a shower building. Tent camping areas and a separate group campground are also available.

Special Considerations

While groups of 25 or more are welcome and encouraged to use the park's facilities, they are required to register in advance with the site office to avoid crowding or scheduling conflicts. At least one responsible adult must accompany each group of 15 minors.

Restrictions

Actions by nature can result in closed roads and other facilities. Please call ahead to the park office before you make your trip at (618) 524-4712. Pets must be kept on leashes at all times.
