  • Big Muddy National Fish & Wildlife Refuge (IL)

    The refuge consists of several units named for towns that once flourished, pioneers, or interesting facts or landmarks that have occurred on and along the river called the Big Muddy.

    Spread out along the Missouri River between Kansas City and St. Louis.

  • Brussels Ferry (IL)

    Location:

    Located about 1 mile west of Grafton and 4 miles east of Pere Marquette State Park, this ferry crosses the Illinois River linking Route 100 to Calhoun County and the village of Brussels.
