Information Information
Staff conduct guided walks around grounds and discussions in the pavilion. Videos are also available on many natural resource topics as well as history of the area.

Special Considerations

The visitor center is staffed from May 1 to October 22.

A parking lot is plowed during the winter so visitors can enjoy the outdoor exhibit area, hiking trails, and Lumberman's Monument year-round. Sidewalks are not cleared during the winter so visitors should be prepared to trek through the snow.
