Huron National Forest, MI
The Huron National Forest extends across the northern lower peninsula of Michigan. It comprises almost a million acres of trees and lakes, beauty and recreational activities, conserved and upgraded since 1945. While visiting the Huron National Forest, travelers will experience a working national forest including tree harvesting, prescribed burning, wildfire control, and wildlife habitat improvement.
