Two reststops are located on the byway: Bruno Park in Bruno and Graham Lake Rest Area just north of Gafvert Campground in the Nemadgi State Forest. There are facilities at the intersection of highway 23 and I-35, and several towns along the byway, incluing Askov, Kerrick, and Duquette, also have restroom facilities.
