• The byway starts at the Haines Ferry Terminal.
• Drive south from Haines Ferry Terminal to Lutak Rd.
• Drive east on Lutak Rd. to Front St. in Haines.
• Drive south on Front St. to Main St.
• Drive west on Main St. to State Hwy. 7/Haines Hwy.
• Drive west on State Hwy. 7/Haines Hwy. to the United States and Canada border, where the byway ends.
