Post Rock Scenic Byway
Wilson Cultural Architecture, KS
The Wilson Downtown District is lined with historical Post Rock Limestone buildings with ornate architecture. Other architecture includes a limestone round jail, several elaborate limestone houses and churches, a house built after World War II from porcelain enameled steel, called the lustron or prefabricated and manufactured house, and low-income housing using hay bale construction.
