Gunflint Trail Scenic Byway
Moose Viewing Area, MN

This area is amidst a dense pine forest. A moose viewing platform is accessible from a short hike. Follow the signs, and be sure not to disturb these majestic animals. This area is also known for wildflowers and birds. Boreal Chickadee are often found here, as well as warblers in spring and summer. Listen for Black-throated Blue Warbler.
