Joyce General Store, WA
Built in the early 1900s, the Joyce General Store still has the same false front, beaded ceiling, oiled wood floors, and its original fixtures. Much of the interior came from the Markham House Hotel, which stood in the now-extinct town of Port Crescent.
Joyce's namesake, Joe Joyce, transported much of what was used to build the store from Port Crescent (now Crescent Bay) to its present location. The store has been in the same family for over 48 years.
