Greenville College, IL
Built in 1858 and formerly called Almira College, Greenville College was founded 1856 by J. B. White and his wife Almira. Still a thriving academic community, it is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Visitors today will find the Richard W. Bock sculpture museum on the campus of Greenville College.
