Retail Retail
Visit the museum shop to find gifts, decorative items, and books. The museum shop is open from 9:00 am to 4:45 pm Monday-Saturday and 11:00 am to 4:45 pm on Sundays.

Special Considerations

  • House tours are given daily starting on the half hour. Monday-Saturday beginning at 9:30 am, Sundays at 11:30, with the last tour of the day at 3:30 pm.
  • "Connections" programs on African American history are offered daily at 10:45 am (Mon-Sat only), 12:45 pm, and 2:45 pm.
  • Allow 45 minutes for each self-guided walk of the marsh or river.
  • Comfortable walking shoes and temperature-appropriate attire are highly recommended.
