The Energy Loop: Huntington/Eccles Canyons Scenic Byway
Huntington Lake and State Park, UT

Huntington State Park can be found at one end of the Huntington North Reservoir. Its light green water is surrounded by the red plateaus characteristic of the area. This area is a popular recreational area complete with boat docks and a campground. Plaques about the area's mining history are posted in the park for visitors to read about many of the mining towns that are now ghost towns. Visitors may want to stop here for a picnic or stay overnight and camp.
