Turtle Mountain Scenic Byway
Information

Several locales along the byway provide visitors with information.

• The Martineau House in St. John is the official Turtle Mountain Byway Visitors Center. It is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, Mon. - Fri. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• The International Peace Garden, located on the US-Canadian border between North Dakota and Manitoba, provides brochures and is open Mon. - Fri. from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., 51 weeks a year. Its Interpretive Center/gift shop is open from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., 7 days a week between May 1 - Sept. 15. It accommodates international, non-English speaking visitors regularly.

• The Rugby Chamber of Commerce Tourist Info Center is open Mon. - Fri., 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., 7 days a week from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• The Log House Visitor Center in Dunseith is open May - Sept.
