The fishing pier and boardwalk have wheelchair accessible rails. Second Dam has two paved parking lots which are separated by a stairway. The upper parking lot accesses the interpretive site via a 6-foot-wide concrete walk. The lower parking lot accesses the restroom, concrete picnic sites, boardwalk and fishing pier by concrete walks. The bridge crossing the river is 4 feet wide and has steps.
