Flaming Gorge-Uintas National Scenic Byway
Flaming Gorge Dam Visitor Center, UT

The Flaming Gorge Visitor Center is a joint effort by the U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Reclamation. The visitor center is owned by the Bureau of Reclamation and operated by the Forest Service. Within the visitor center are displays showing the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area, various types of wildlife native to the area, and points of interest. Information is available on recreational sites for fishing, hunting, and camping. In the auditorium, videos are shown on the construction of Flaming Gorge Dam and the surrounding Ashley National Forest.
