Cedar Breaks National Monument (UT)
A colorful amphitheatre eroded out of the edge of the Markagaunt Plateau in southern Utah, Cedar Breaks is at 10,000 feet above sea level and over 2,000 feet deep.
Distance from byway: 3 mi / 4.8 km Directions: Located on U-148 3 miles north of the junction with Hwy 14.

This arch near Cedar Breaks National Monument was almost a monument itself. The arch remains a local landmark, but reaching it is a challenge, recommended for persistent and experienced hikers only.

Frontier Homestead State Park Museum (UT)
This museum tells the story of iron development in Southern Utah, which began with the LDS (Mormon) settlers.

Webster Flat Road provides backcountry access to meadows, canyons and forests, as well as wonderful views of Dixie National Forest and the terraces carved by the Virgin River into Zion National Park.

Visitors can see 100 miles over Dixie National Forest from this overlook near the summit of SR-14. On a clear day, Kolob Terrace and the highest formations of Zion National Park are clearly visible.
