The Mount Irish Petroglyph Site , NV

Located on 640 acres in the northern Pahranagat Valley, the Mount Irish petroglyph site contains petroglyphs carved by prehistoric American Indians into the area's characteristic soft, reddish rock. The petroglyphs are spread out in an area of about 8 miles from the turnoff. Many of the interesting petroglyphs are within hiking distance from the road.
