Famous for its extravagant and beautiful Egyptian theme, the Luxor showcases a thirty-story replica of a pyramid and the Great Sphinx. Visitors can tour the Tomb and Museum of King Tutankhamen, a full-scale replication of King Tut’s Tomb as found by Howard Carter in 1922. The replica was created by designers using the same gold leaf, linens, pigments, and tools used in the real tomb. Just above the casino, the Pharaoh's Pavilion, the "World's Largest Atrium" is ready to be discovered by visitors. The Luxor also includes a museum, an interactive attraction called In Search of the Obelisk, and an Imax theater.
