Shaded picnic areas with restrooms are located at Atlatl Rock, Seven Sisters, the Cabins, near Mouse's Tank Trailhead, and White Domes.

Special Considerations
Summertime temperatures can exceed 120 degrees. During the night, temperatures can drop as much as fifty degrees.
The park is home to six different species of rattlesnakes and Gila monsters, all of which are poisonous. Watch where you put your hands when scrambling across rocks during the day, and be sure to keep your tent zipped up tightly at night.
