Salmon River Outfitters offer float trips ranging from one to eight days over calm or wild waters. Along the way, you’ll enjoy hearty, beach-side suppers beneath the stars, highlighted by steelhead or trout caught that very day on the river.

	Gasoline Gas stations are available in Stanley.		Information Stop in Stanley to get information about the byway and surrounding areas.
	Lodging Places to rest are offered in various towns along the byway, including Stanley.		Phone Public phones are available along this byway.
	Restrooms There are toilet facilities along this byway.		Retail There are places to shop along this byway.

The road is a two-lane with no passing lanes and some 35-mph curves.
