Special Considerations

  • Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and tend to go rapidly.
  • Non-reserved tickets are sold on site for same day use, beginning at 8:30 am (October - May) or 8:00 am (June - September) until all tickets for the day are gone.
  • Groups of 10 or more, WITHOUT RESERVATIONS, will be divided into several tour times.
  • Children must be at least 4 feet 2 inches tall to go on the tour.
  • The tour requires a one-third mile walk, 21 steep stairs and an elevator ride.
  • Visitors may not carry babies on the tour. There is no child care facility.
  • All tours are conducted in English and last a little over one hour.
  • There are no restrooms available on the tour.
