Information Information
The Las Imagines Visitor Center is an interim facility with information, temporary exhibits, and educational sales materials. There is an information booth located at Boca Negra Canyon. 		Lodging Lodging

Special Considerations

  • Parking areas for buses, trailers and RVs are available at Boca Negra Canyon and limited elsewhere.
  • Visiting the park visitor center will take approximately 15 minutes. Allow thirty minutes to one hour for the petroglyphs at Boca Negra Canyon and two to three hours for a leisurely visit to Rinconada Canyon and other petroglyph areas in park.

Restrictions

Stay on the trails. Do not touch the petroglyphs as this speeds up deterioration of the images. Modern graffiti and urban development are already having major impacts on this national monument.
