This magnificent viewpoint at above 8,000 feet overlooks mountains and valleys. The towns of Kingston and Hillsboro are seen below, and Caballo Lake and Mountains, over 50 miles to the east, are visible. On a clear day, to the Northeast, Elephant Butte Dam may be located as a white spot, approximately 65 miles away.
