Handicap-accessible restrooms are available at the Kaw Mission Historic Site's hands-on education center. The first floor of the Kaw Mission is also accessible.

The byway overlook and Bowers Community Center are handicap accessible, as are portions of the Z-Bar/Spring Hill Ranch at the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve.
