Rogue-Umpqua Scenic Byway
Toketee, OR
The Toketee area is the site of Toketee Falls, Toketee Lake Campground, Umpqua Hot Springs and Diamond Lake Ranger Station. The 0.4-mile hike to the falls has over 200 steps leading to an observation platform. The double-tiered Tokatee Falls drops a total of 120 feet over columnar basalt presenting a spectacular view of colors and textures. The Toketee Lake Campground has 32 campsites and a group reservation site. Visitors to the campground can access the North Umpqua Trail, Toketee Lake boat ramp, and fish for German Brown trout. The Umpqua Hot Springs is accessed by Trail #1444 which is 0.3 miles in length. At the Umpqua Hot Springs, visitors may relax in a 115-degree hot springs "tub."
