    Trinity Heritage Scenic Byway

    Published on Feb 8, 2005

Named for its views of the Trinity Alps to the west and Trinity Divide County to the east, the Trinity Heritage Scenic Byway has numerous vistas and outstanding natural attractions. It is a great introduction to the scenic beauty and rich history of the area. Climbing 4,500 feet, visitors can follow the path of Gold Rush miners and settlers and take in the scenic views of forested slopes to hike, jagged cliffs and numerous sparkling streams where the day can be spent along the banks fishing, rafting, or just relaxing.
