Wyandotte Caves, IN

According to carbon dating, these caves sheltered human life almost 3,000 years ago. More recent tribes of Indians used the cave for shelter, food storage, calcite mining, flint and chert quarrying, and ceremonies.

A variety of walking and spelunking tours are offered for both beginning and advanced cavers.
