  • The Coleman Center for the Arts, located at 630 Avenue A, York, AL, offers visitor information, restrooms, gifts and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., closed 12 p.m.-1 p.m., and open Saturdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Old Cahawba Arch, located at Old Cahawba Park, 9518 Cahaba Road, Orrville, AL, open daily from 12 p.m.-5 p.m., offers exhibits, visitor information, recreational activities and restrooms.
  • The Selma Visitor Center, open 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays and from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, offers visitor information and restrooms.
  • The Lowndes Co. Interpretive Center, open daily from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., offers restrooms, visitor information, exhibits and gifts.
  • The Montgomery Visitor Center is open Mon-Sat 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sun 12 p.m.-4 p.m. and offers exhibits, gifts, visitor information, food, and restrooms.
  • The Tuskegee Human and Civil Rights Center, open Wed-Sat from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., offers exhibits, visitor information, and restrooms.

  • The Chickasaw State Park offers hiking trails, a wading pool for children, playground equipment, restrooms and picnic facilities which include a barbecue grilling pavilion and picnic tables. The park also adjoins a handicapped-accessible, state-operated hunting facility.
