Location: West of Grand Junction; south of Fruita, off of I-70.

Dinosaur is the gateway to the Dinosaur Diamond in Colorado and Dinosaur National Monument.
Location: Located at the junction of US-40 and CO-64.

In 1901 Elmer Riggs excavated the "Brontosaurus" (Apatosaurus) that is now on display in the Chicago Field Museum of Natural History.
Location: A few miles from the west entrance to the Colorado National Monument which is south of Fruita and west of Grand Junction.

Dinosaur National Monument Headquarters and Visitor Center (CO)
Dinosaur National Monument is located in both Utah and Colorado, and this Visitors Center is on the Colorado side.
Location: On I-40 one mile east of its junction with Colorado State Highway 64; one mile east of Dinosaur, Colorado.
