  • Arches National Park

    Directions:

    The entrance to Arches National Park is about 5 miles to the southeast along U-191.

  • Canyonlands National Park, Island in the Sky District

    Canyonlands National Park, Island in the Sky District (UT)

    The northern section of Canyonlands, which overlooks Upheaval Dome and Grand View Point.

    Location:

    On Highway 313, southwest of Moab.

    The byway ends at the state park, where the mighty Colorado River can be seen from an overlook.

    From the junction with U-191, turn right (south) and travel about 11 miles.
