Dead Horse Point State Park offers a magnificent view of the canyon-contained Colorado River, at a 2,000 foot drop from the lookout. Southern Utah has been a favorite spot for many Hollywood movies, and Dead Horse Point State Park is no exception. The final scene of the movie Thelma and Louise was filmed here.
