West End Visitor Information Station, OK

The West End Visitor Information Station (VIS) is located at the US Highway 271 junction and serves as the western gateway to the Talimena Scenic Drive. This facility offers anyone entering or leaving the byway a place to rest and refresh. In addition, you can receive weather reports on the byway, view maps and exhibits of the National Forest area, find a tour guide pamphlet for the byway, and purchase gifts, t-shirts, hats, and mementos marked with the byway's logo.
