Cornish-Windsor Covered Bridge, VT

The Cornish-Windsor Covered Bridge is the longest wooden covered bridge in the United States and the longest two-span covered bridge in the world. The American Society of Civil Engineers designated it as a National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark in 1970 and the bridge is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Cornish-Windsor is one of 4 covered bridges spanning the Connecticut River and one of 56 covered bridges found in communities along the Byway.
