Scenic, pedestrian-oriented Pikeville is the starting point for the Hatfield-McCoy History Tour. This tour will take you to Dills Cemetery and many other fascinating stops which are key in the nationally known Hatfield-McCoy feud. Pikeville is also home to the Pikeville Cutthrough, a major civil engineering feat.
