For a self-guided tour, pick up the free Mount Greylock's Hidden Treasures brochure. It has byway information, local history, map to scenic stops and suggested short hikes from visitor centers on both ends of the byway.

Restrictions
Tour coach buses and recreational vehicles are not permitted on the following sections of the byway due to limited clearances: the Rockwell Road above the visitor center, Notch Road above the intersection with Reservoir Road and the Summit Road.
