Driving the Byway

The Dine' Tah "Among the People" Scenic Road is in two sections. The northern section begins at Chinle and follows Indian Route 27 past Tsaile to the Arizona-New Mexico border. The southern section follows Indian Route 12 from where it begins at the New Mexico-Arizona border, near Fort Defiance, past St. Michaels and Hunters Point to Lupton.
