Driving the Byway

From Auburn: travel west on Highway 20. Turn left at the junction of State Road 90. Follow State Road 90 then turn right at the junction of SR 90 and SR 34A. Follow SR 34A then turn right at the junction of 34A and SR 34. Turn right at the junction of SR 96, follow SR 96 and turn northward on SR 89. Follow SR 89 northward along Cayuga Lake until the junction of Highway 20. Traveling east on Highway 20 will complete the byway loop.

From Ithaca: travel westward on SR 89, then continue through the byway loop as described above.
