Parking
Handicapped parking is available next to the Visitor Center and near the Galleries Reception Area.
Transportation to the Museum
During regular hours, a shuttle stops at the visitor center, Museum Store, and museum entrance. It is equipped with a hydraulic lift and one wheelchair-securing device.
Garden Access
Most of the year, visitors can board trams for half-hour tours of the garden. All trams are equipped with ramps and wheelchair securing devices.
Wheelchair Access
Wheelchairs are available at the Visitor Center, Galleries Reception Area, and Museum Store.
Auxiliary Aids
Assisted-listening systems are available for guided tours and special presentations. With at least one week's notice, a sign-language interpreter can be hired for visitors.
