Wetlands and Wildlife Scenic Byway
Hoisington, KS
Known as the Crossroads of Kansas, Hoisington is located in the center of Kansas at the crossroads of Highway 281 and Highway 4. Begun as a railroad terminal for the Missouri Pacific Railroad, the rural community also has a rich history in oil production and agriculture.
