Mt. Hood Scenic Byway
White River Canyon, OR
Over the years, floods and lahars have carved out the White River Canyon, with the most recent outburst flood occurring in 1998. White River Canyon offers a jaw-dropping view of Mt. Hood. The White River Canyon Sno Park provides easy access for winter recreation enthusiasts for snow play, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
