Driving the Byway

The byway runs between Beaver and Carlton, alongside the Nestucca River.

• The byway begins at the intersection of Blaine Drive and the OR-101 (Oregon Coast Highway) in Beaver.
• Proceed east on Blaine Road and turn south (right) onto Upper Nestucca River Road in Blaine.
• The road becomes Nestucca River Road near the junction with NF-112 and Testament Creek Road.
• Near Haskins Creek Reservoir (to the north) the byway becomes Meadow Lake Road.
• The byway ends at Meadow Lake Road and Yamhill Street in Carlton.
