Getting to the Byway

Atlanta, Georgia, to the Warren County-Piedmont Scenic Byway Extension

• From Atlanta, take I-20 east toward Augusta.
• Take take exit 154 for US-278 toward Warrenton.
• Turn south at GA-12/US-278.
• Follow GA-12/US-278 until you arrive in Warrenton, where the byway begins.

Augusta, Georgia to the Warren County-Piedmont Scenic Byway Extension

• From Augusta, take I-20 west toward Atlanta.
• Take exit 172 for US-78/State Hwy 17 toward Thomson/Washington.
• Turn south at GA-10/GA-17/US-78/Washington Rd
• Turn west at GA-12/West Hill St./US-278.
• Follow GA-12/West Hill St./US-278 to Warrenton, where the byway begins.

Macon, Georgia to the Warren County-Piedmont Scenic Byway Extension

• From Macon, take GA-49 northeast.
• Continue east on GA-24/E Hancock St.
• Continue northeast on GA-22.
• Continue northeast on E Broad St./GA-15/GA-16
• Follow GA-16 to Jewell, where the byway begins.
