A Traveler's Experience

After seeing Yellowstone National Park, it's hard to believe that anything else could be as spectacular. Traveling the Beartooth Highway over Beartooth Pass changed our minds. PT Cruiser convertible, top down, perfect sunny day, not too hot, not too cold, the only vehicle on the road, what an incredible experience! The road is challenging, caution is advised, the views are spectacular so it is important to drive and not let your eyes wander. Stop at the many pulloffs to see thousands of feet down to the valleys and the many miles to the horizon. Pushing 11,000 feet the oxygen got thin, for us and the car, but we made it! The drive down is as good as the drive up. Mountains, valleys, grasslands and forests, this road had it all! WOW!
