I was driving my van and I took two girls who were backpacking down the coast to Big Sur. Was great to get help paying for gas, share the driving, and make the way more interesting with conversation about the Beat Poets and William Randolph Hearst. We hooked up via craigslist rideshare, which -- contrary to popular belief -- is not sketchy at all.
