A Traveler's Experience

Ione's Beach on the North Shore Scenic Drive is a wonderful place. An entire shoreline of smooth peach-colored rocks just aching to be skipped into the grey waters of Lake Superior. True, it's not terribly comfortable for lounging about on beach towels, even if the rocks are all so smooth, but I did find a snack in the nearby forest -- some late wild raspberries!
